Our best-selling underpad is a proven winner. A Medline underpad can be washed and reused at least 300 times.  And its 80/20 cotton/poly facing continues to absorb fluids exceptionally well while remaining comfortable for the patient.  Our soaker, one of the most absorbent available, is 70% polyester and 30% rayon to assure maximum protection.  Plus it won't tear or pinhole like 100% cotton pads.  The barrier material is comprimised of a soft vinyl knit that withstands the heat and detergents of laundering.  It's also lightweight and takes less time to dry.  It won't fall apart or delaminate if a bacteriostatic rinse is added.
